The faucets are beautiful. I ordered two of them online. I had issues with both faucets and was referred to the Fluid company. I was very dissatisfied with them. They continually had more and more requests, while I was without working faucets. They finally asked me to send them back and told me I would be reimbursed for shipping. They never reimbursed me and told me there was nothing wrong with the faucets. One had visible damage and the other one had no water flow. My contractor installed them multiple times, trying the different ideas the recommended. I love the faucets, but I recommend you buy them from a store, where you can physically return them without the hassle.
