Worldwide, 12% of MAPEI’s employees work in Research and Development. Their emphasis is on making innovative, technologically superior products available for the company’s
customers.

Workers in MAPEI operations throughout the Americas are highly trained to produce adhesives, sealants, mortars, grouts, and other installation and restoration products according to exacting standards. They continuously focus on quality of products and quality of service.

The MAPEI sales force is dedicated to serving manufacturers as knowledgeable representatives available locally to every customer. Sales representatives regularly update their technical knowledge with training from MAPEI’s technical representatives in Deerfield Beach, Florida, as well as Laval, Quebec.

 

Technical Services
MAPEI’s Technical Services team supports individual customers through planning project installations, troubleshooting problems, reviewing product claims and testing materials for quality.

The Technical Consultants have an average of 15 years’ experience per person in their chosen field.

Customer Service
The Customer Service staff is the first point of contact for customers as products move from MAPEI’s warehouses to theirs.
