  NOTE: Items Marked Special Order are special ordered from the factory, sometimes in full case units only and anywhere from a 2 to 15 week lead time. Special Orders cannot be returned.

Catalogs:

Our web site is our catalog - most of what you see is in stock.

 

Catalogs are not easy to obtain in the ceramic tile industry, it is usually the manufacturer who publishes catalogs of their entire line, and distributors generally only import a small portion of the offerings from several different manufactures. There is usually a charge to order catalogs.

Can We Get a Brochure From the Manufacturer?

Most of our manufacturers don't offer catalogs to the public. However some of them do at their corporate websites.

How Do I Place My Order with Artistic Tile & Stone?

Artistic Tile & Stone maintains a very large inventory of ceramic tiles and natural stones as well as quality cleaners and sealers. For your convenience it is very easy to order on line using shopsite technology over a secure server. If you are not comfortable with ordering on line, we have alternative ways. What Types of Payment are Accepted?

Our website facilitates ordering with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By phone, we also accept personal or company Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

What About Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax, except on items shipped to California. California currently has a statewide moratorium on new Internet taxes that is good for two years. However, you must pay sales tax if delivery is in the state.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times are varied depending on the manufacturer and your proximity to the warehouse.

Here is a guide to give you an idea of delivery times :

Redwood City stocked tile usually ships fast, 10-15 business days.

Tile ordered from other warehouses usually takes a little longer, 2-3 weeks, examples are pool tile, and CTS stone.

Custom made tile usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture, then allow 10-15 business days to ship.

REMEMBER - This is only a guide, we cannot guarantee these times !

What Is the Delivery Policy?

Prices shown on our sites do not calculate shipping until after your shipping information is entered. Packing and shipping are automatically calculated up to 100 lbs. Most orders under 100 lbs are shipped via UPS.

on orders exceeding 100 pounds, we send it with one of several trucking companies. The minimum freight charge on Truck freight is $40.00. We usually shop the best rate for delivery to your area.

Overnite or one off its affiliates will deliver orders to any residential or commercial area. Delivery is to the ground floor only. Overnite does not deliver inside or upstairs, so please make arrangements to have help handy when large orders arrive. As a standard, they will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time when your order is at a local warehouse. You can track your order online at our website through the Overnite tracking system.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?

All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty/guarantee. These vary by manufacturer. You can find the warranty information in our website or by calling us at 1-877-ART-TILE.

Who Handles Customer Service?

We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your order undamaged and perfect.
If you need service on tile you bought from us, we will do everything we can to help you.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If we can cancel your stock order before it is shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If it is too late, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 30% restocking charge. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Custom hand made orders, once production begins, may not be cancelled.

What is the Return Policy?

Custom hand made tile, special order tile or custom murals in good condition cannot be returned

All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. notify info@877arttile.com for further instructions within 15 days of delivery.

DAMAGE - If the carton has external damage, the customer needs to note this on the delivery receipt. This does not always mean there is damage to the contents, but if there is, there is no problem filing a claim.

A restocking charge ( 30% ) and inbound and outbound freight apply to all returns made for the following reasons :

1. Customer does not like the color or the size is incompatible with intended area.

2. Merchandise was not delivered in a timely basis through no fault of artistictileandstone.com or alternate warehouse.

3. Merchandise is returned without prior approval.

4. Customer refused shipment.
